No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is part of the sewage works. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct and upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not exceeding One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or be imprisoned not to exceed thirty (30) days, or be both so fined and imprisoned.
