Article 3. Vendor and Camping Permits and Fees

8-301. Vendor and camping fees.

If a camper shall camp in any public park or property, they shall first register with the City Clerk and pay a user fee of $5.00 per day. Approved vendors shall pay a fee of $5.00 per day or $100.00 per month to the City Clerk.

8-302. Time limit on permits.

Camping permits shall be limited to one day. An exception to this time limit may be granted by Governing Body. Vendor permits shall only be authorized and approved by the Governing Body.
