It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to have, keep, maintain within the City Limits of Peabody, Kansas, upon any lot, lots, part of lots, or tract of ground, wrecked or partially wrecked automobiles or salvage materials, or old farm machinery, or maintain a junkyard for any purpose.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the terms of Section 7-501 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
